What type of shipping do we offer?

  • Ópalens offers free standard ground shipping for purchases totaling over $100, via USPS, UPS, and FedEx or other nationally recognized carriers. Otherwise below $100 a straight fee of $8 will be applied.
  • For 2 day shipping Ópalens offers standard national and international rates based on calculation of weight and destination.
  • For Next Day shipping, the same applies in terms of standard rates.
  • All of the above implies the actual “shipping” time, and does not represent the processing time; which in some cases can take up to 3 days max. 

When will my order ship?

  • Your order will be processed to ship if it is placed before 2pm that business day. If it’s after 2pm on a business day, then it will take place first thing on the next business day. The order will be guaranteed to ship no later than 3 consecutive business days. 

Where do you ship?

  • Currently Ópalens only operates in the United States, but very soon will be shipping internationally. 

How do I track my order?

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation via email.

What is your return policy?

  • First step is to get in contact customer services at info@opalensbeauty.com, and initiate the return process. We are happy to hear out all complaints and/or issues in orders.
  • All return processes are subject to a deadline of within (30) days of purchase order and provided that they are unused and unopened.
  • Certain items may not apply.

Can I return a gift?

  • The same return policy applies to all gifts, except the approved deadline of process is (60) days.

Can I change my order?

  • All orders are presumed final once they are placed, but contacting info@opalensbeauty.com within 1-2 days of placing the order, could give the possibility for change.
